Pasta in Garlic, Basil and Olive Oil

Something easy to prepare for dinner.

Cloves of garlic (minced), basil (dry or fresh), extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, half kilo of pasta

I did not put the measurement, you can do add/substitute any additional ingredients as you want. You can use fresh parsley too. I love mine with lots of garlic. I just made use of what’s available in my pantry.

Boil water with salt in a casserole to cook your pasta (you can use whatever pasta you like); make sure you cook it al dente that is for about 12 minutes

While you boil the pasta, heat the pan, put the olive oil and the garlic, then add the basil, season with salt and pepper, toss in the pasta and your done! (“,)
