Pan Seared Cream Dory Fillet in Lemon and Basil Sauce with Side Buttered Veggies

Something from our menu today:

Pan seared cream dory fillet in lemon and basil sauce with buttered veggies; so easy to make and the taste is absolutely yummy.

Cream Dory fillet; salt and pepper; all purpose seasoning and dry basil (I use simply organic); lemon juice; spanish paprika; extra virgin olive oil

Combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil as you’ll use that for pan-searing the fish. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste. Marinade the fish for about 5 to 10 minutes, you can put it in the fridge while marinading.

Then pan-seared the fish on olive oil.

For the veggies, I use string beans, carrots and white onion. I love mine with lots of onion, it gives a distinct sweetness on the vegetables. Just let the onion caramelized a bit before you put on any veggies that you like.

Tossed the veggies in a heated pan with butter, put a pinch of salt to taste.

Served with white rice. 😉
